A Note on Our Recent Delivery Delay

We want to be transparent with our customers about why our stock has been delayed.

Unfortunately, we were misled by our shipping agent in China, who provided us with false information about the location and status of our shipment over a period of several weeks. This resulted in our stock arriving in the UK approximately one month later than originally agreed.

We have since uncovered the full extent of what happened and are taking formal action. We are grateful for the patience and understanding our customers have shown during this time.

Stock is now on its way and we will continue to update our back-orders page with the latest information.

We have received a Palletways tracking number confirming that our delivery is scheduled to arrive with us on 8th July. If this goes ahead as planned, we expect to begin shipping backorders on 9th and 10th July.

Apparently, our goods cleared customs yesterday (02/07/26), so we’re now just waiting for delivery to us. We are hoping that this will be sometime during the next two weeks.

Great news — the vessel carrying our container has arrived at Felixstowe this morning.

We now need to wait for the vessel to be unloaded, customs clearance to be completed, and the goods to be delivered to us. Assuming there are no further unforeseen issues, we expect stock to arrive with us within the next 15 days.
